This was my lunch for today 🙂
Fillet of Lamb sounded nice, and the Heart Foundation tick made it even more appealing.
For anyone who would like to learn more about the Heart Foundation tick, here is a link to more information (highly recommended):
The meal contains two slices of Lamb, carrots, beans, red capsicum, potatoes, and herbs and onions in the gravy.
It tasted quite nice. The Lamb silces were tender, accompanied by a pleasant tasting gravy, and the vegetables were as expected.
It is normally priced at around NZ$6.50 – $7.50 per meal. Each meal weighs 310g.
It is available from all major Supermarkets, in the frozen food section.
Comment: I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have time to prepare a decent lunch, and would still like a hearty and healthy meal.
